STUDENTS' MATHEMATICS POWER VIEWED FROM THE STUDENT'S CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

This study aims to analyze students' mathematical power viewed from the critical thinking skills. was conducted at State Junior High School 3 Polokarto. The subjects of were determined using snowball sampling technique. research instrument in form essay test questions and interview guidelines. triangulation method used as a reference check data. data analyzed collection, reduction categorization, presentation, drawing conclusions. results showed that 1) students with high skills have good reasoning abilities deductive models they also communication connections; 2) moderate poor skills, but connections e longer time understanding oral than written questions; 3) low abilities, communication, connections. is caused by difficulty problem.
